Gwadar: November 25th, 2021: A meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Planning and Development was held in Gwadar. Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on CEPC Affairs Mr. Khalid Mansoor briefed the meeting about ongoing development projects in Gwadar under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
During the meeting various projects related to, Road and Air connectivity, Water, Power, LNG, Education, Information Technology, Socio-Economic and Agriculture sector were discussed in detail.
Chairman and Members of Senate Standing Committee also paid a visit to various CPEC projects in Gwadar including New Gwadar International Airport, Pak China Friendship Hospital and Pak-China Technical & Vocational Institute.
